All prices are given in EUR and payment is made in dinars at the middle exchange rate of the NBS.
Terms of service prices Hotel Ozon:
- A child of 0 – 4, accompanied by two adults if they use a shared bed – Free
- Child from 5 – 7 years old, accompanied by two adults - every child a discount of 50%
- Child from 8 - 12 years old, accompanied by two adults - every child a discount of 75%
- Children from 12 years old pay full price.
Disorder in the case of monetary exchange of goods and services, the hotel reserves the right for price correction.
Hotel Ozon have two family suites.
Bathroom (shower, hairdryer), bedroom with a bed (210 cm x180 cm), body coat, TV, telephone, internet connection, mini bar, comfortable living room stay (two-seater on the drawing).
Price includes:
- Accommodation on half board basis (breakfast and dinner - buffet serving. Note: in case of change of situation due to COVID 19 virus - set menu)
- Using gym
- Using Wi - Fi internet
- Use of the parking garage. Parking is covered by video surveillance.
- Use Ski room
- Use of table soccer
Price does not include:
Extra charge for lunch is 10,00 euros per person.
Tourist (resident) tax is not included in the price list, price of special and promotional offer, and at the discretion of the SO Bruce is €1 per person per night. Children under 7 years of age do not pay tax. Children aged 7 - 15 years, pay 50%.
Insurance is not included in the prices and cost €0,20 per person per night.
The Usage of Finnish Sauna And Jacuzzi
- The use of Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi will be extra charged 10 euros per person per 1 hour at the time of 9:00h-17:00h and 20:00h-22:00h
- The use of Finnish sauna and jacuzzi will be FREE of charged at the time of 17:00h – 20:00h
- Children under 7 years of age have free use of Jacuzzi bathtubs, but with the obligatory presence of parents.
Payment
- An advance of cash or payment on an account. Advance payment of at least 40% of the total price of the package tour, the rest not later than 15 days before of the package tour.
- Payment to rate
of Advance at least 40% of the total package tour price when you registered. in cash, payment on account or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Dina, American Express). - Payments from abroad: It is necessary to pay the full amount before coming to hotel. Payment will be done by a sent commercial invoice and bank instructions for payment.
Payments are made in RSD by selling rate of Komercijalna bank for the cash payment date.
Cancellation And Changes In Reservation
Cancellations are considered if guest give up the use of the package tour. Guest is obliged to report and inform the Hotel Ozone to waive or modify.
Package tour may be canceled only in writing, depending on the time frame retain the following percentages of the total amount:

- Up to 15 days = 30%
- 10 days = 80%
- 5-0 days = 100%
If guests leave the room before the booked date of departure, the hotel reserves the funds for the unused part of the residence.
